Chelsea Football Club faithfuls on wednesday morning finally got the chance to see their new manager at work as the Italian tactician took charge of his first training as chelsea manager. This is coming before he will be officially unveiled to the world media by 2pm tomorrow.

Conte finally got to work at chelsea football club Cobham training base as he over saw the first team's training. Having resumed work at Chelsea on Monday, it wasn't until wednesday morning that the manager took charge of training giving both the fans and the media the chance to see the man who has been saddled with the responsibility of bring the club back to where it belongs.

Conte was confirmed as the new Chelsea manager back in April but was to resume duty after taking Italy national team to the just concluded Euro 2016 held in France. He led an average Italian side to the quarter finals of the competition with some notable victories as they dumped the defending champions Spain out of the competition with Conte exhibiting some outstanding tactical ability.

Chelsea had a horrific defense of their Premier League Title last season, finishing in 10 position in what became the worst title defense since the premier league era. This has largely played the role in bringing Conte to stamford bridge as the poor season had costed their legendary manager, Jose Mourinho his job as the coach of the club as early as December last year.

Taking his First training, Conte was fully involved in all the proceedings as he seeked to train the players to adapt to a new playing style. The Italian was the first to arrive as he was already on the pitch to greet the players before the players started arriving for training.

The training was taken in parts; The players first took a light jog to warm up after which they were into two groups by Conte for a short passing exercise.  Finally, a greater duration of the training was dedicated to patterns of play and work on keeping the ball.

Conte was heavily involved and very vocal throughout the training session as he could be seen regularly stopping each drill to offer advice and encouragement, both to individual players and the group as a whole.

Chelsea fans and EPL fans, what are your expectations from Antonio Conte.
